Dr. Sarah A. Boswell, affectionately known as drSarahb, is a dedicated educator and advocate for teachers and students with extensive experience spanning classroom teaching, district-level coaching, and international teacher talent consulting. She holds a bachelor's in mathematics, a master's in early childhood education, and a doctorate in learning, leadership, and organizational development.

 

Sarah co-authored a chapter in Reshaping Learning on learning communities in schools and focuses her research on learning organizations, teacher wellness, and talent management.

With global experience in teacher training and curriculum design in countries such as Ghana, Liberia, the UAE, and Indonesia, drSarahb brings a unique perspective to her consultancy. Her work integrates education and wellness, drawing from certifications in yoga, meditation, conflict resolution, and somatic abolitionism to create inclusive, collaborative spaces for growth and resilience in education.
