Dr. Sarah A. Boswell
Leader | Wellness Enthusiast | Consultant
Dr. Sarah A. Boswell, affectionately known as drSarahb, is a scholar-practitioner, international educator, and passionate advocate for teacher wellness. For nearly two decades, she has coached and mentored teachers across the U.S. and around the world—always with a focus on authentic connection, holistic well-being, and sustainable growth.

As a Black woman navigating predominantly white educational spaces—both domestically and abroad—drSarahb knows the deep need for spaces where Black women educators can exhale. She created b.well as that space: a supportive, healing-centered program where Black women educators can decompress, share openly, and reconnect with their power and purpose.

drSarahb’s work spans classroom teaching, district-level professional development, global consulting,
ESL instruction and research. She holds a B.A. in Mathematics, an M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education,
and a Doctorate in Learning, Leadership, and Organizational Development. Her research explores teacher wellness, communicative space, adult learning, and sustainable school cultures.
She is also a certified tantra yoga and meditation teacher and has studied conflict resolution, somatic abolitionism and inner alchemy —bringing a unique blend of intellectual insight and embodied practice to her work.

Whether designing learning cultures, supporting teams, or holding space in b.well circles, drSarahb leads with compassion, clarity, and an unwavering commitment to helping educators feel whole.
