Dr. Sarah A. Boswell, affectionally known as drSarahb, is an accomplished educator and advocate for teachers and students. Her career evolved from the classroom to a district level professional learning coach and staff developer to international teacher talent management consultant. She holds a bachelors in mathematics, masters in early childhood education, and a doctorate in learning, leadership and organizational development. Sarah has co-authored a chapter titled, "Schools as Learning Communities," in the book Reshaping Learning that explores the implication of learning organizations in schools. Her research interest includes learning organizations in schools, action research, communicative space, teacher talent management, and teacher wellness. ​

​Through her higher educational pursuits, beginning in early childhood education and culminating in adult education, Sarah unconventionally brings two key aspects of expertise into her consultancy and coaching. As a result, Sarah is situated in a wealth of indispensable knowledge and experience that serves as a keystone to her ability to guide, design, implement, and facilitate learning cultures that encapsulate the intellectual and intuitive capacity of teachers.

Her international experiences with teachers include exploring teacher support programs in Ghana, West Africa, designing curriculum for teachers in Liberia, West Africa, participating in an educational tour in Helsinki, Finland, and training teachers in United Arab Emirates and Jakarta, Indonesia.

Dedicated to lifelong learning, drSarahb has also pursued certifications in Yoga Teacher Training, Tantra Meditation, Conflict Resolution, and Somatic Abolitionism. By integrating wellness into her consulting practice, she emphasizes the importance of personal power and collaboration, creating inclusive spaces where individuals can effectively navigate the demands and stresses of today's educational landscape. Her holistic approach includes developing programs that promote healthy experiences for individuals, groups, and organizations.
