It is important to value and cultivate the talent teachers' bring to the classroom.  Can the solution to our nation’s educational teacher quality woes rest in SHRD (Strategic Human Resource Development) processes and principles? If so, how does this concept penetrate the bureaucratic stipulations of K-12 education when implementation of SHRD in the corporate sector is likewise challenged? The objective of this session is to discuss current finding's from my study that links teacher development solutions around SHRD principles.
