Teachers are taught the utilization of protocols to facilitate a solution oriented discussion around the current dilemmas that they face in the classroom.  Providing time for teachers to meet, vent, pause, and then reinvent new methods and solutions to their work environment increases teacher efficacy, confidence, and morale within the school.
