This program is designed to help K- 12 teachers unveil their unique niche in education and provide them the exposure, training, resources and support to help them achieve it.  Teachers will identify current goals and cross apply them with DISC career/personality assessment to authentically determine their niche in education. Once determined, then a plan will be created to provide a step by step process for achieving their career goals and aspirations. Teachers become a greater asset the school and creating a succession plan for teacher leaders who seek to share and spread their innovation and creativity beyond the four walls of their room.
